We’re finally going BIG. In Cities Skylines 2, once you grow your city, you start to encounter PROBLEMS that need to be fixed. Traffic, public transit, garbage, electric power, and much more, the larger your city gets, the more you need to consider. But you also get access to some MASSIVE buildings to play with that look GREAT.

In this video, we are going to grow the city to the Large City milestone and take care of the issues that arise with growth as well as fight with some of the quirks of the in game tools to attempt to create a nice looking layout for a large city with a lot of people. We start with a few lower density neighborhoods and move on to upgrading older neighborhoods to high density to bring in some skyscrapers.

With higher density comes more traffic, so we support this with an extensive subway system as well as make upgrades to the highway infrastructure.

We have completed the quartet of industries. Also, remember how Foggy Forestry and Mulberry Farms suffered from being confined to such a small space? Well, we found a new location and a deal that makes us all happy.

Though if we had left them like that, it would cause problems in the future, mainly traffic problems, fear not; I have already fixed that issue before it began.

Honestly, I didn’t expect the enemy to jump at me for expanding The Grid and building the wall around it. I thought it would be just relaxing seize of the terrain but nope. It all went downhill, and It’s great that it did! Never wanted the bugs (enemies) to let me relax and build on the aggressive difficulty.
